Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Continuously evaluate and design organizational structure
• Conduct job analysis and design job descriptions & job specifications
• Conduct job evaluation and design job grading systems
• Conduct work load analysis (WLA)
• Design competency model, dictionary, and matrix
• Conduct periodic and annual performance appraisals
• Conduct employee engagement surveys
• Provide manpower planning
• Collaborate with users to align all organization development initiatives and implementation
Requirements :
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Management, Industrial Engineering, Industrial & Organizational Psychology, or related field
• Minimum GPA of 3.25 out of 4.0
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field and at the same level, preferably from Business or Training Consultancy, and/or Strategic & Initiative Management Office (SIMO) Department, and/or Organization Development Department
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and systematic thinking skills
• Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment
