Job Description

Requirements :

• A bachelor’s degree in a related field such as facility management, engineering (mechanical, electrical, etc.)
• Extensive experience in facilities management, including both hard (physical infrastructure) and soft (services) aspects.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facilities or related field
• Experience within a shipyard industry can be beneficial
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and safety regulations
• Interpersonal skills, negotiation, and the ability to work with diverse teams.
• Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans for facilities management.
• Ability to identify and resolve facility-related issues.
