Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates for various IT positions (e.g., Developers, Engineers, Analysts).
• Post job advertisements on job boards, LinkedIn, and relevant tech communities.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Support campus hiring, internship programs, and tech career fairs.
• Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
• Coordinate with recruiter team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
• Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
• Compose job offer letters
• Onboard new hires
• Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work
• Collaborate with the marketing and HR team for branding materials, internal communications, and recruitment campaigns.
• Help organize company events, employer branding activities, and partnerships with universities or tech communities.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Communications, Human Resources, or related field.
• 1 year of experience in recruitment (preferably in IT hiring).
• Familiarity with tech roles and IT industry trends is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for social media and content creation.
• Passionate about people, branding, and technology.
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Teams, Zoom and structured)
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
