Area Collection Manager – Makassar

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Achieve target Collection
• Managing Area Recovery (National)
• Leading and supervise Collection team to achieve monthly target.
• Collection Back End
• Building relationship with external collector and related institution or organization

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree (S1) from any major
• Have experience in the same position at least 3 years with the same position
• Strong leadership and excellent drive to achieve targets
• Good in managing team work
• Excellent in computer skill, such as excel and ppt
• Willing to travel if needed
• Placement : Makassar
