QA/QC Inspector (Balikpapan Site)

Job Description

As a QA/QC Inspector, you’ll be responsible for maintaining quality excellence from start to finish.

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Monitor and inspect construction processes to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance and quality control procedures.
• Conduct internal audits and support continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with project teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation and inspection reports.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience in diverse projects across multiple sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of quality engineering principles.
• Prior experience in quality improvement activities within the construction industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide teams.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
