Wireless Product Manager

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Deeply understand carrier wireless network business scenarios; analyze and evaluate customers’ existing network architecture.
• Leverage Huawei’s wireless network product and solution capabilities to conduct demand analysis, solution design, and solution presentation.
• Stay up to date with key technology trends such as Cloud, AI, and 5G.
• Maintain deep knowledge of major competitors’ technologies, solutions, and services.
• Provide feedback on customer management issues and drive systematic, continuous improvements.
• Build and maintain strong communication with major customers (on-site or remotely) to ensure awareness of • Huawei’s latest wireless solutions and competitiveness.

Requirements :

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related ICT field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in ICT product/solution sales, preferably in wireless.
• Language: Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.

Skills & Knowledge :

• Strong grasp of carrier network architectures, 4G/5G core solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to influence in the local ICT ecosystem.
• Project management: lead generation, solution strategy, implementation, delivery.
• Transaction management: commercial strategy, pricing, profit achievement.
