Administrative Assistant
Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth and accurate daily operations.
• Maintain confidential records, manage files, track decisions, and assist with motions, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, departmental events, and forums; act as liaison officer.
• Handle reception and correspondence for internal and external communication within the division.
Requirements :
• Diploma in any discipline; Secretary graduates preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other relevant software.
• Good English proficiency.
• Familiar with clerical and administrative procedures, filing, and record-keeping.
• Basic understanding of management principles and office operations.
