Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Plan, develop, and manage internal communication programs aligned with company strategy.
• Deliver communication initiatives via print, digital, intranet, events, and communities, ensuring compliance and effectiveness.
• Prepare and review executive communications, including speeches, presentations, and corporate announcements.
• Oversee internal events to enhance team cohesion and evaluate their effectiveness for future improvements.
• Conduct communication audits to measure effectiveness and propose enhancements.
• Identify gaps and improvement areas in current communication programs to boost overall performance.
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• 5-10 years of experience, with at least 3 years in oil & gas or mining.
