Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Actively source and identify top talent using various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Utilize Mandarin language skills to engage with a diverse pool of candidates and internal stakeholders, especially for roles requiring Mandarin proficiency.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and enhance the candidate experience.

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluent in Mandarin (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in data processing applications (e.g., Excel)
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• For Junior Level: 0-2 years of recruitment experience (internship experience is a plus!).
• For Senior Level: Minimum 3+ years of proven recruitment experience, ideally in a high-volume or fast-paced environment.
• Willing to be placed in Pluit, North Jakarta. (WFO System)
