Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Lead the team to carry out work and achieve phased goals
• Report work progress to superiors and assist managers in solving problems
• Draft and modify SOPs
• Provide training to agent regions (online and offline)
• Review training results in agent regions

Requirements :

• Fluent in Mandarin language
• Strong logical thinking
• Good at communication
• English proficiency as a plus
• Willing to travel
• Willing to work overtime (including weekends)
