Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner
• Provide accurate information and solutions according to company guidelines
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex cases
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards
Requirements :
• Minimum education of D3 in any major
• Proficient in English (minimum B2 level)
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule in Yogyakarta
