Business Development Strategic Digital Marketing Partnership (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Build and maintain partnerships with external parties, Banking or Financial Technology industry are preferred.
• Managing contract, NDA, and other agreement with vendor third parties and partners
• Collaborate with finance and legal teams in administrative matters such as business proposal, contracts, invoices, purchase orders, quotations, and etc.
• Maintain a detailed database of Business Development team internal data regarding vendors and partners.
• Other Business Development team administrative matters that assigned by the team.

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree from any major.
• Have a minimum 2 year of working experience in Banking or Fintech industry.
• Fluent in English is mandatory and Mandarin is an advantage.
• Comfortable in doing administrative tasks and detail oriented.
• Good Proficiency using Ms Office for reporting & presentation purpose.
• Strong interpersonal & communication skill, have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and diverse backgrounds.
• Problem solver with professional attitude and appearance to represents company.
