Head of Human Resources (Senior Manager)

Job Description

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management (Psychology, Business Administration, Law, or other related).
• Minimum of 12 – 15 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years of experience as HRD Manager.
• Have experience in Human Resources in MARINE COMPANY, preferably having experience in Oil & Gas industry, national and international.
• Strong knowledge of Human Resources principles, Labor laws, Industrial relations and Human resources best practices, including managing Payroll, Tax, and Employee benefits, and Training development.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing Human Resources strategies aligned with Company goals.
• Understand and experience in implementing Quality Management System.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Able to join immediately.
