Agronomist

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Plan and map potential farmers based on commodity and target demand requirements.
• Calculate the necessary commodity products required to achieve our targets
• Review the feasibility study of the surveyed land, which includes soil analysis, timelines, cost estimation, productivity assessments, harvest planning, plantation planning, revenue estimation, and profit-sharing analysis.
• Control and monitor of the Farming’s Projects such as provide advice and develop action plans related to R&D initiatives.
• Oversee and enhance operations efficiently, including the management of manpower, equipment, logistics, etc.

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree (S1) from Agriculture, Agribusiness, and Agronomy
• Minimum 2 years of experience in same position
• Proficient in computer literary (Ms. Office)
• Familiarity with crops, pesticides, agriculture, agritech, and business development is an advantage
• Willing to travelling
