Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Handling and solving complaints from all source of complaints
• Investigating all cases and finding fraud
• Complaints data entry
• Tech issue handling

Requirements :

• D3/S1 All Major
• Min 2 years experience in customer service, preferably chat agent customer service & detail oriented
• Communication Skill, Time Management Skill, Problem-solving Skill, Teamwork Skill, Customer Oriented, Multitasking, Customer Service skill
