Requirements :

• Male/Female, max 40 years old
• Residing in the Jakarta area
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotels, resorts, restaurants, or the hospitality industry
• Able to design menu concepts, standard recipes, and costing
• Proficient in kitchen management, including inventory, purchasing, and cost control
