Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• May act as a primary knowledge resource for product service and use this to enhance process and procedure improvement opportunities.
• Conduct training and development needs assessments to identify service gaps and implement training solutions to maximize performance and achieve measureable results as it relates to Hotel Operations and Food and Beverage service satisfaction.
• Support and coach supervisors and managers in the facilitation of on-the-job and non-technical service skills training including computer-based classroom learning sessions
• Empower leaders to own performance management, product knowledge and service excellence through the delivery of learning strategies, coaching and on-the-job training
• Facilitates Sailor interaction and service role-specific training across teams

Requirements :

• Minimum 2 years of experience leading teams
• Minimum 2 years of experience in facilitation and crew development
• Demonstrates the ability to translate business needs into action and drive succesfull outcomes
• Demonstrates strong experience in facilitation and knowledge of adult learning theories
• Passionate about service and crew development and a relentless motivator
• Excellent written communication skills
• Strong public speaking skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environtment
