Engineering Electrical Staff

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Operation & Maintenance: Implementing the corrective and preventive maintenance to prevent system failures.
• Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operations.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with production and engineering teams to support operational needs and improvements.
• Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial Electro.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply).
• Experienced with food production machines.
• Familiarity with 5R, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Food Safety, and TPM.
• Willingness to work in shifts as required.
• Work location: PT Sumber Kopi Prima Kudus.
