Supply Chain Intern – Balikpapan

Job Description

As a Supply Chain Intern, you will gain valuable experience in logistics operations. You will be involved in key activities such as inventory tracking, data entry, order processing, and logistics coordination. This role offers hands-on exposure to the end-to-end supply chain process and opportunities to collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Assist in tracking and monitoring inventory levels to ensure accuracy
• Support order processing and documentation for inbound and outbound shipments
• Help prepare reports related to stock movement, order status, and logistics performance
• Assist in analyzing supply chain data to identify trends and improvement areas
• Support the team in daily logistics and distribution activities
• Participate in cycle counts and stock audits when required

Requirements :

• Final-year students, fresh graduates, or students in semester 5 or 6 majoring in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Proficient in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Commitment to a minimum 3-month internship period
