HR & POD Intern – Jakarta Pusat
Job Description
As an HR & POD Intern, you will be involved in a variety of human resource functions that are essential to building a strong organizational culture. Your responsibilities will include supporting the full recruitment process—from job postings and CV screening to interview coordination. You’ll also contribute to onboarding activities, training programs, and internal HR communications.
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Assist in posting job vacancies and screening CVs
• Support the coordination of interviews and candidate communications
• Help prepare onboarding materials and assist in welcoming new hires
• Contribute to the planning and execution of training and development programs
• Assist in updating and maintaining employee records and databases
• Support internal HR communications and engagement initiatives
• Help organize employee events and wellness activities
• Assist in collecting feedback and evaluating training effectiveness
• Participate in projects related to organizational development and culture building
Requirements :
• Final-year students, fresh graduates, or students in semester 5 or 6 from any major (Psychology or Management is preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in learning
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Commitment to a minimum 3-month internship period
