Maintenance Engineer

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Refine maintenance activities for effective & efficient production facilities
• Analyze maintenance activities & cost
• Design and enact maintenance system and procedures
• Confer with management on procedures and contract
• Propose maintenance program & budget
• Prepare and review technical documentation, reports, and specifications.
• Perform regular maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment and systems in oil and gas facilities, including pumps, compressors and generators
• Monitor and track the performance of mechanical systems and equipment to identify potential issues and recommend improvements.
• Ensure the reliability and efficiency of mechanical equipment by implementing preventive and corrective maintenance strategies.
• Manage and ensure the availability of necessary tools and materials for maintenance tasks.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical / Instrument Engineering.
• Min. 5 years of experiences in oil & gas industry / oil & gas services.
• Familiar with oil and gas facilities and equipment.
• Experience in the maintenance of rotating and static equipment, such as pumps, motors, valves, compressors, and heat exchangers.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose mechanical failures and implement corrective actions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management software.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
