Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Lead the recruitment process to attract and hire top talent.
• Design and implement employee welfare programs to support well-being and retention.
• Develop HR policies and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
• Collaborate with leaders to enhance employee engagement and performance.
Requirements :
• Relevant educational background in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years focusing on recruitment and/or welfare.
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and employee relations.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and leadership skills.
• 3 Days WFA.
