Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Lead the development of new food and beverage products from concept to commercialization.
• Research and innovate with ingredients, flavors, and production methods.
• Ensure all products comply with food safety regulations and quality standards.

Requirements :

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development or a similar role in the F&B industry.
• Strong knowledge of food product formulation and food safety regulations.
• Proficiency in sensory evaluation and ingredient functionality.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• 3 Days WFA.
