Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from identifying needs to onboarding new hires.
• Create job descriptions, source candidates, conduct interviews, and extend job offers.
• Ensure accuracy of employee data and relevant reports.
• Handle general HR administration such as attendance and payroll
• Support General Affair
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience recruiting for diverse positions.
• Strong communication skills to interact with various stakeholders, including senior management.
• Experience in employer branding and HR administration is a plus.
