Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Maintain and develop attendance monitoring systems
• Ensuring that supporting KPI Measurement data is available
• Develop KPIs and target corporate-level new businesses
• Connect with other department to understand the cadre requirements and quantity
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology/Management/Law
• Minimal 2 years experience in Human Resources
• Having experience and knowledge related to employment regulations and their implementation
• Skilled in operating Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proficient in English (both written and verbal) in a professional manner
• Willing to be placed in Surabaya
