Assessment Specialist

Job Description

Task and Responsibilities :

• Responsible for conducting comprehensive employee performance evaluations, from planning to final report generation. This includes developing assessment tools, scheduling assessments, and creating individualized career development plans.

Requirements :

• Minimum Education is bachelor’s or master’s degree in psychology.
• At least 1 year of experience as an assessor.
• Proficient in psychological testing, including test setup, scoring, interpretation, and reporting.
• Having an Assessor certification is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
• Willing to be placed in Kopo-Katapang.
