Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the HRD, General Affairs, and HSE teams to ensure effective and efficient service delivery
• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that support the company’s goals
• Execute Human Resource Management Operations: (HR Planning, Recruitment & Selection, Orientation & Placement, Training & Development, Performance Management, Career Planning & Development,
• Compensation & Benefits, Industrial Relations & Employee Engagement)

Requirements :

• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in HR, General Affairs, HSE, or facility management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in implementing and managing all 9 HR clusters, including performance management, training & development, and industrial relations
• Proven experience in facility and infrastructure management, including operational control and maintenance oversight
• In-depth understanding of Indonesian labor laws, occupational health and safety regulations, and best practices in HR, GA, and HSE management
