Warehouse Dept Head – Karawang

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Manage all processes within the Warehouse Department
• Monitor inventory during the production process, incoming materials, and finished goods
• Analyze warehouse capacity and align it with inventory control
• Actively implement improvements to achieve established KPIs

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering/Logistics Management with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• At least 2 years of experience in managing Warehouse Management at the managerial level or 5 years at the supervisory level
• Ability to compile and analyze inventory control reports using SAP
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, using effective and systematic methodological tools
• Proficient in 5R/5S management with a strong focus on effective stock management
• Expertise in implementing Lean Management and Supply Chain systems on the shop floor
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (intermediate to advanced level), including Pivot Tables, Custom Functions, etc
• Location: Karawang
