Coordinator – Architectural Design – Gading Serpong

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Prepare and review working drawings (in coordination with Drafter).
• Conduct site inspections related to design compliance.
• Coordinate with Architect Consultants regarding housing design concepts.
• Assist in preparing building design concepts.
• Coordinate with suppliers, consultants, and contractors.
• Coordinate with vendors and external parties regarding ongoing project needs.
• Prepare Preliminary Design drawings as a basis for mass housing working drawings.
• Develop and coordinate with 3D model makers for promotional and marketing purposes.

Requirements :

• Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a similar position.
• Able to work in a team and possess strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in ArchiCAD, Photoshop, 3D (SketchUp + Lumion, AutoCAD, etc.).
• Placement in Gading Serpong.
