Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Monitor and evaluate the work of section heads and area/land inspectors in community relations to ensure the implementation of safe and comfortable area maintenance for the public.
• Ensure that events/activities within the area, both external and internal, are carried out in an orderly and secure manner.
• Coordinate and maintain good relations with government authorities.
• Monitor and evaluate traffic signs, road markings, and promotional media to support orderliness and proper regulation within the area.
• Ensure the overall orderliness of the area.
• Ensure that the surrounding environment of residential, business, and commercial areas supports the comfort of residents.
• Ensure that all utility equipment owned by Summarecon Serpong, both within residential clusters and across the operational area of Town Management, is in prime condition and operates effectively and efficiently.
• Plan, supervise, and manage maintenance and urban infrastructure development projects.
• Coordinate regular inspections and preventive maintenance to avoid system failures and extend infrastructure lifespan.

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Strong leadership, integrity, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Placement in Gading Serpong.
