Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Manage kitchen operations including preparation, plating, and service
• Collaborate on new menu development and recipe creation
• Organize, train, and lead the kitchen team
• Assist in controlling food and ingredient costs to ensure budget efficiency
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and safety

Requirements :

• Min. SMA preferably in Culinary or hospitality school or equivalent
• Min 3 years’ experience in same field position Experts cooks in Asian & Western Food
• Strong leadership qualities to manage the kitchen team and work effectively under pressure
• Proficient in various cooking techniques, plating, and kitchen management
• Ability to innovate and create new dishes
• Willingness to work on weekends or holidays as needed
• Placement in Gading Serpong – Tangerang
