Job Description
Task and Responsibilities :
• Accountable and responsible for leveraging technology utilization to support Learning Activities and Learning Performance Dashboard.
• Accountable and responsible for Vendor management (if needed): searching, verifying training vendors per curriculum requirements, liaise with external training providers building positive working relationships at all levels.
• Accountable and responsible for monitoring development program budget liaise with Learning Analytics and Budgeting Lead.
• Accountable and responsible for evaluating the development program (including TOR) and reviewing as well as validating the implementation report to meet learning/ development solution as per plan and requirement.
• Accountable and responsible for monitor development program implementation as per plan and requirement.
• Accountable and responsible for determining and update Learning Roadmap, standard curriculum, module design, including design and developing comprehensive training for users to meet the business objectives.
• Accountable and responsible for Learning Solution Design including the budget for users in accordance with business needs.
• Accountable and responsible for performing learning need analysis and assessing current learning and development arrangements to meet the business objectives.
Requirements :
• Minimum S1 in Any Disciplines major
• GPA minimum 2.75
• Minimum 5 years experience in Learning and Development / Leadership program
