Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Manage and facilitate the development of non-operation Executive Talent, including data management, competency analysis, and implementation of development programs.
• Implement and evaluate development programs, both internal and external, to ensure alignment with talent development targets.
• Provide administrative support and continuous improvement for the Development Learning Center programs and talent/training data management.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree (S1/D4) from Education, Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering and other related major
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale) from a reputable university
• Strong interest in development and learning activities
• Possess solid analytical, interpersonal, customer-centric skills, teamwork aptitude, and thrive in fast-paced environments
• Eagerness to explore and gain knowledge about current development and learning trends
• Organizational or working experience in development and learning activities is a plus
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written
