Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Handle end to end recruitment process for courier & other related positions
• Checking candidate’s document
• Interviewing candidate
• Making a report

Requirements :

• Understand how to interview and doing observation
• Know how to source candidates
• Willing and commit to take part in an internship for 3 months
• Has a good personality and communication skills
• Able to work both in a team and independently in fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in recruiting, operating excel, and able to process data
• Experienced in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment will be preferred
• Placement in HO Anteraja – Jakarta Selatan
