Regional Manager – Back Office
Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Manage and coordinate the operations of multiple retail sites within your assigned region, ensuring consistent delivery of excellent customer service and operational excellence
• Lead and develop a team of Operation, providing coaching, training and support to drive continuous improvement
• Analyze site-level performance data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization, and implement effective strategies to drive sales and profitability
• Ensure seamless integration and alignment across the business
• Collaborate with the Regional Director to develop and execute the regional expansion plan, identifying new site opportunities and contributing to the decision-making process
• Champion a positive, customer-centric culture across your region, fostering team engagement and delivering an exceptional brand experience
Requirements :
• Significant experience (8+ years) in a multi-site Restaurant dining, retail, or hospitality management role, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and business growth
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and use insights to inform strategic decision-making
• Excellent people management and leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop high-performing teams
• Thorough understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, supply chain, customer service and P&L management
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• A tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g. business, management, hospitality) is desirable
