Associate Brand Manager – Jakarta Selatan
Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Assist in designing and executing both short-term and long-term brand strategies.
• Manage and monitor ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to develop insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, R&D, finance teams, and external agencies/vendors.
• Monitor and evaluate brand performance in terms of sales and market share using market data, consumer feedback, and marketing KPIs.
• Support the new product development (NPD) process, from research to go-to-market strategy.
Requirements :
• Preferably has 2–3 years of experience working in the Marketing Division of an FMCG company as a Product Specialist, Brand Executive, or Assistant Brand Manager.
• Has experience in or been involved with product launches or campaigns, as well as brand activations both offline and/or online.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Creative and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of consumer trends and market dynamics.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
