Brand Manager – Jakarta Selatan
Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Develop and execute short-term and long-term brand strategies, including positioning, target audience, and brand communication.
• Design and implement innovative and creative marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
• Collaborate with R&D and production teams to develop new products and optimize existing ones.
• Conduct market research to understand trends, consumer preferences, and identify new business opportunities.
• Evaluate and monitor brand performance regularly to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements :
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Brand Manager in the FMCG industry.
• Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of market and consumer behavior.
• Proven ability to develop marketing strategies and execute brand campaigns effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across departments.
• Creative, innovative, and driven by data and performance results.
