Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Lead the Chinese & Banquet Culinary operation team
• Ensure delivery of the highest standard of food quality and manage food cost in consistant manner
• Be responsible for the menu planning and development, theme events and regular reviews of existing menu cycle
• Train / coach and provide leadership to Shang Palace & Banquet Culinary team
• Maximize profitability of the outlet
• Control both in food cost and quality
vPreserved high standard of Food Safety Compliance as per company standard
• Lead the team to new height, strive for michelin star recognition
Requirements :
• Has a passion for Food & Beverage
• Has experience working in similar Luxury Chain Hotel
• Proficient in English and Mandarin both in written and spoken
• Committed to serving food of the highest quality
• Innovative and setting new benchmark
• Enjoys interacting with people
• Enjoys being creative with an eye for detail
• Enjoys planning, organizing and problem solving
• Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new culinary trends
