Service Manager – Security – Shangri-La Surabaya
Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Ensure all Security operations runs strictly in accordance to the Company Standard
• Supervise, Manage and Develop teams to maintain all the required standard procedure
• Monitoring to ensure all security equipment are well maintain and runs smoothly at all times
• Ensure all emergency procedures attend accordingly to the Company standard
• Support the audit and ensure all emergency training programmes are in completed correctly
• Ensure Colleagues and Emergency Response team able to perform fully to the Company standard
• Build strong relationship to local authorities and officers
• Support Director of Security in leading the Security team
Requirements :
• Has a certification in Basic Lifesaving and Garda Utama
• Has strong knowledge & skill in handling emergency or Crisis situation
• Fluent in English and Bahasa, both in written and spoken
• Has experience in similar role in an International Chain hotel
• Has Good interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership skills in a positive manner / approach
• Has critical analytical thinking
