Key Account Executive (B2B Modern Trade)
Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all business-related matters
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities
• Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
• Collaborate with the Field Sales team to develop sales fundamentals in MT Channel: distribution, availability, visibility, and promo execution.
• Establish and manage CBP – Trading Term with Key Customers.
• Partner with Trade Marketing Team to create effective and efficient promotion calendar & BTL activities.
• Partner with the distributor team to follow up operations issues : delivery, return and AR.
Requirements :
• Having minimum 2-3 years and having experience managing MT customers, especially Hypermarket & Supermarket
• Having experience with the beauty category is preferable.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Familiar with Ms Office (Excel and PPT)
• Result oriented
