Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies aligned with the brand’s overall marketing objectives.
• Identify and collaborate with relevant KOLs to enhance brand awareness, engagement, or conversions.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with KOLs, ensuring brand alignment and mutual value.
• Negotiate with KOLs or external parties, ensuring favorable terms, measurable outcomes, and best offers
• Lead the execution of KOL campaigns across platforms such as, TikTok, Instagram, and other social networks.
• Work closely with internal team to ensure seamless execution of influencer-led campaigns.
• Monitor campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Monitor KOLs’ content to ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
• Track, measure, and report the performance of influencer campaigns, providing insights on key metrics
• Conduct post-campaign analysis to assess impact and inform future influencer strategies for new opportunities for growth.

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree in Marketing Communication or related field
• Having minimum 2-3 years experience in influencer/KOL marketing, community management or related field
• Preferably from KOL agency, e-commerce or beauty brands
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.) and their respective influencers.
• Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical thinking experience in analyzing KOL campaign metrics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Updated with trends in influencer marketing behaviors, and emerging KOLs.
• High interest in beauty
• Fluent in English both written and oral
• Detail oriented
