• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and housekeeping in guest rooms and villas.
• Provide attentive, discreet, and personalized service to guests.
• Assist with guest requests, including room setup, amenities, and daily needs.
• Ensure smooth communication between housekeeping and other departments.
• Uphold service standards while respecting guest privacy.
• Communicate effectively with guests in English to ensure excellent service.
