Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Welcome guests and create a positive first impression.
• Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out process.
• Respond to guest inquiries and special requests.
• Recommend and book guest activities, dining and entertainment.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively.
• Act as the liaison between guests and other departments.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and record maintenance.
• Monitor the safety and security of guests and the property.
• Gather guest feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements :
• A friendly, professional front desk officer (guest happiness) to create a seamless and luxurious experience for guests that align with the high standards of our five-star wellness resort and retreat.
• Strong English skills, and multitasking ability are essential.
