Supervisor Outlet
Work Location: Bandung

Requirements:
– High School/Vocational School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
– Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role, preferably in the culinary/F&B industry
– Strong leadership and team management skills
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
– Basic math skills and knowledge of inventory management
– Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations
– Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and manage outlet operations
2. Ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
3. Manage inventory, stock, and visual merchandising
4. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets
5. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
6. Maintain high standards of food safety, quality, and presentation (for F&B outlets)
