Requirements :
• Minimum 1 years of contact center experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Native Japanese with excellent command of English (spoken and written), min. C1 Level
• Proven ability to lead teams, monitor performance, and drive results
• Strong understanding of customer service metrics and quality standards
• Familiar with CRM and call center platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Genesys)
• Flexible, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
