Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Answering an Incoming chats and Respond to Email
• Handle Customer Inquiries by Chats
• Provide Customers about Product and Service Information
• Identify and Escalate Priority Issues
• Documenting All Information According to Standard Operating Procedures
• Complete All Chat Logs
• Updating customers profile into computer
• Conduct customer surveys to ascertain level of customer service
• Able to quickly locate user problems and provide solution
Requirements :
• Fresh graduates welcome!
• High School grads with CS BPO experience
• English B2 minimum
• Excellent written English
• Communicative
• Willing to work in SHIFTING SCHEDULE including Weekend and Public Holiday & Permanent Night Shift
• Willing to place in YOGYAKARTA
