Mandarin Speaker Trainer (Customer Service) – Yogyakarta
Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Deliver training programs for new hires and existing employees in English campaign operations
• Facilitate classroom and on-the-job training sessions in both Mandarin and English
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify training needs
• Maintain accurate training records and reports
• Support the development of training materials, manuals, and e-learning content
• Ensure training content is aligned with company standards and client expectations
• Provide coaching and mentoring to team members as needed
Requirements :
• Minimum Diploma (D3) in any major
• Minimum GPA 2.75
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (HSK certified)
• Minimum EFSET Score C1 or higher (MANDATORY)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Sales (MANDATORY)
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
