Product Manager
Job Description
Task and Responsibilities :
• Strategic Discovery & Product Innovation: Define and lead the discovery of new beauty product innovations and customer engagement opportunities that contribute to long-term growth and brand value.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with key stakeholders across marketing, sales, product development, and customer experience to create and continuously refine a product roadmap that aligns with the brand’s vision and evolving market needs.
• Product Requirement Definition: Establish clear, actionable requirements that strike the right balance between immediate consumer demands and scalable solutions, working closely with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data and market research to identify high-impact consumer trends, unmet needs, and emerging beauty product opportunities.
• Roadmap Guidance & Team Leadership: Guide the team’s roadmap, balancing ambitious product innovations with achievable milestones. Manage resource allocation and ensure market readiness for successful launches.
• Inspire & Lead Teams: Inspire a high-performing, cross-functional team (including product, design, marketing, and R&D) to deliver key product features and execute strategic brand initiatives.
• Consumer-Centric Approach: Champion a consumer-first mindset by gathering feedback from beauty professionals, influencers, and customers to inform product development, packaging, and user experience improvements.
• Brand Storytelling & Product Demos: Lead product demos and brand storytelling sessions, translating market research and consumer insights into actionable strategies that adapt to trends and elevate brand identity.
Requirements :
• 5+ years of product management experience in a consumer-focused beauty or lifestyle brand, with a proven track record of leading strategy, innovation, and successful product execution.
• Outstanding communication skills to effectively drive cross-functional alignment and translate complex beauty industry trends and consumer insights into actionable product strategies for diverse audiences.
• A strategic mindset with a history of independently leading high-impact product innovations, enhancing the customer experience, and solving unique beauty-related challenges.
• Adaptability and agility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic beauty market, quickly responding to emerging trends, consumer preferences, and industry shifts.
• Strong ability to build trust with key stakeholders, set clear product goals, and foster collaboration among cross-disciplinary teams (product, marketing, R&D, design).
• Advanced analytical skills, with proficiency in tools like SQL, and a deep understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as consumer engagement, sales growth, and product performance, coupled with sound judgment to make data-driven decisions without over-analysis.
