– Educate Drive on product, Promotional campaigns as well as troubleshoot when they have problem
– To Resolve driver problem quickly and effectively with empathy and care
– To collect Rental fee payment from driver as good as possible
– To entry data of driver Productivity with an integrated system
Requirements:
– Min S1 with GPA 2,75
– Clear articulation and good communication in Bahasa
– Have experience in customer service area
– Able and good operating computerized systems (excel and etch)
– Able and good to negotiate
– Adaptive to dynamic changes
– Able to work on field with any situation
– Able to speak English with minimum passive communication
– Able and ready to work night and day
