Warehouse Admin (Odoo) – Jakarta
Job Description
Job Desc :
– Troubleshooting if there any error problems in Odoo (errors that occur due to user or system error)
– Create work instruction or user guide of how to use each module (new/existing feature, module or menu)
– Help other departments if there is something that requires support regarding Odoo
– Assist in the process of returning goods in the system
– Monitoring daily CWH internal transfer (inbound/outbound) & follow up to related user if there are any issues
– Remind user to ensure internal transfers are validated by user
Requirements :
– 1 – 2 Years Experience as system support or admin in online retail business
– Have experience as support of enterprise system.
– Have experience as Odoo support is an advantages
– Understand operation process like inbound and outbound is and advatange
– Have experience to operate Warehouse Management System (WMS) ==> Odoo is an advantage
– You have strong knowledge to work with Google Sheet / MS Excel, Google Doc
– Flexible to work during off time if needed
– IT background
Contract : 6 months
Placement : Jakarta
